Payment by credit card does not entail any additional costs while those made by bank transfer only the costs that the bank that processes the transfer may charge you.

Paypal payments carry a surcharge of 3.4% + 0.35 euros, the same amount charged by Paypal for processing purchases.

In any case, when you process your order you will be provided with instructions to process payments correctly and at all times know how much you will pay for your order.

Availability of items

Stocks are reviewed and updated periodically, however they may suffer mismatches especially with "Outlet" products.

If, after placing an order, an item is not immediately available, the customer will be informed and it will be the customer's choice to keep the order or cancel it.

Processing times

Generally, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment of the order (always talking about working days).

However, for various reasons these times may be increased, so we cannot assure you a fixed period.

On the other hand, orders paid by bank transfer tend to take a little longer since this method of payment takes longer to be effective.

Transportation of your package

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive it at the address you have indicated.

The shipping time usually varies between 48, 72 or even more hours, depending on the country and delivery zone. Please note that transport companies do not usually deliver on weekends or holidays.

In case you have made the payment with Paypal, credit card or bank transfer you will only have to receive the package when it is delivered, always making sure of the good condition of the package and packaging before accepting it.

Shipping costs and shipping zones

Depending on your country of residence and the weight/amount of the order, shipping costs may vary. You will be able to see the amount when processing the purchase.

Currently our shipping zones are as follows:

  • Portugal
  • France
  • Belgium

In the event that the return is made for a manufacturing defect or similar, this will have no cost to the customer (*consult warranty*), this will be assessed by our Technical Department.

In case the reason for your return is other, you must take into account that we only make returns, not exchanges. Therefore, if you wish to change the size or the item, you must return the product and make a new purchase. We also remind you that the deadline for returns is 14 days from the date of delivery.

There is no problem to return any product as long as it has not been used and it is exactly in the condition we sent it.

Logically we can not take charge of the shipping costs derived from this process, these will always be paid by the customer and their cost will depend on the shipping area. The payment of these must be made at the beginning of the process.

You can also send the merchandise prepaid by a carrier of your choice if you wish.

When the return request is made you will be informed of the process to be carried out, after completing the same will proceed to refund the amount of the purchase excluding shipping costs if any.

Also inform you that you have available on our website a handy size chart to make it virtually impossible to get the wrong size.


All Kamval and Nival products displayed in offer a 1 year warranty or the minimum established by the law in force in Spain, covering defects in materials or workmanship, during this period.

However, due to a multitude of reasons that may affect it, this warranty does not cover failures caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear due to improper use or care.

  • Non-sports professional use (consult specific products for this purpose).

  • Contact with aggressive materials, such as fire, sharp edges (crampons, etc.), animal droppings, building materials, etc.

  • Discoloration caused by UV rays;

In case it occurs, and to determine if the failure is covered by the warranty, you must clean the boots and contact us for possible shipment to our facilities. They must always be included in the box; a copy of the purchase receipt, a note with a description of the damage and the owner's contact information. If the boot has not been cleaned before shipment it will be immediately returned to the owner.

After an examination by the Technical Department, and in the event that the fault is covered by the warranty, we will either repair it, or replace it free of charge in the event that a repair is impossible.

In the event that it is demonstrated that the defect is not covered by the warranty, it will be possible to repair it at the expense of the end consumer, subject to his consent.

Remember! Membrane boots ARE NOT rubber boots, so they require maintenance and do not allow excesses such as environments where water can enter through the top of the boot or long periods submerged without evacuating with the heat and the natural movement of the foot.
